Conventional Impression

Time-consuming and often uncomfortable due to impression material in the mouth

Laboratory Prescription

A laboratory prescription is prepared and sent to an outside dental laboratory.

Impression Shipping

Shipping may take approximately 2–3 days.

Restoration Fabrication

Direct clinician involvement and real-time inspection may be limited during fabrication.

Restoration Shipping

Shipping back to the clinic may take another 2–3 days.

Restoration Inspection

If adjustments are required, some of the same steps may need to be repeated.

Duotron Pro Sintering Machine

Zirconia restorations precisely milled with the ARUM system undergo a high-temperature sintering process to achieve their final strength and material properties. Careful control of this process is essential for producing durable, high-quality zirconia restorations.
