• How much does Gingival Shot treatment cost?

• How long does a Gingival Shot treatment take?

  • The injection itself generally takes approximately 5–10 minutes, although the total appointment time may vary depending on examination, anesthesia, and the treatment area.

• How often are the injections performed?

  • The interval and number of injections should be determined individually according to the treatment purpose, product used, tissue condition, and clinical response. PDRN injections may be performed as a series of treatments, while hyaluronic acid filler may require additional treatment depending on the degree of volume correction and the response of the tissue.

• Am I a candidate for Gingival Shot treatment?

  • Gingival injections may be considered for selected patients with localized soft-tissue concerns, such as mild gingival volume deficiency, black triangles, or soft-tissue inflammation requiring supportive care.
    However, active periodontal disease, peri-implantitis, significant bone loss, or other underlying conditions cannot be treated with injections alone. A detailed periodontal examination is necessary to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment.

• Are there any side effects or risks?

  • Temporary swelling, tenderness, bruising, redness, or minor bleeding may occur around the injection site. Hyaluronic acid filler also carries uncommon but potentially significant injection-related risks, including infection, excessive swelling, vascular compromise, and tissue necrosis.
    For this reason, treatment should be performed only after an appropriate diagnosis, with the amount and injection site carefully determined by a qualified clinician.
